What this app is
Phone Ninjas is a coaching service your dealership buys. This app is how you use it: listen to coaching on your calls, practise with an AI customer, and work through training.
Your account
Your dealership creates it and can close it. Keep your password to yourself — anything done under your sign-in is treated as done by you. Tell your manager or us straight away if you think someone else has it.
Fair use
Use the app for your own coaching and training. Do not share your sign-in, try to reach another rep's calls, or use the role play line for anything other than practice.
The AI
Scores and coaching are produced by software and reviewed by Phone Ninjas coaches. They are guidance for getting better on the phone. They are not a performance review, and what your dealership does with them is between you and your dealership.
What it costs
Nothing, to you. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no trial to cancel. Your dealership pays for Phone Ninjas coaching and the app is part of what they bought. If your dealership ends its subscription, or you move somewhere that is not a client, your sign-in stops working. Nothing is charged to you either way.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running and will not promise it never breaks. Calls, coaching and training may be unavailable while we fix or improve things.
Ending it
You can remove your access from this phone at any time under Profile. Your dealership can end your account. We can suspend an account that is being misused.
