We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or give it to anyone outside your dealership and Phone Ninjas.
What this app holds
Your name and work email, the dealership you work for, the coached calls your dealership sends through Phone Ninjas, the scores and coaching on those calls, your role plays, your training progress, and the devices you have signed in on.
Who can see it
You can. So can the managers at your dealership and the Phone Ninjas coaches assigned to your account — that is the point of the service: your dealership buys coaching, and coaching means someone listens to the calls. Nobody outside your dealership and Phone Ninjas sees your calls or your scores.
Your recordings
Calls are recorded by your dealership before they ever reach us, under whatever call recording notice your dealership gives. We process what they send. If you want to know how your dealership handles that, ask your manager — it is their policy, not ours.
What the app puts on your phone
A sign-in token, kept in the device keychain and never in plain files, and your place in a coached call so you can stop and pick it up later. Signing out or deleting your account from Profile removes it.
What we do not do
No advertising. No selling or renting data. No third-party trackers following you around other apps. The microphone is used only while you are in a role play, and only to carry your side of that conversation.
Asking us about your data
Write to support@phoneninjas.com and we will tell you what we hold about you. Records of coaching your dealership paid for belong to the dealership, so requests to erase those go through them — we will help you make it.
Deleting your account
Delete Account in Profile erases everything this app set up for you: your sign-in on every device you have used, the token stored on this phone, and the registration that sends you notifications. We keep none of it — no copy, no archive, nothing held back for later.
What deleting does not reach
The coaching your dealership paid for: your coached calls, their scores, your certifications and your training history. Those are the dealership's records, and an app should not erase an employer's records because someone tapped a button on a phone. The account itself is theirs as well, so closing it goes through your manager. Write to support@phoneninjas.com and we will help you ask.
